"A" Row in the Weapons Storage Area. The "igloos" in the background were dirt covered storage units, each with steel doors that dropped into channels recessed into the concrete pads in front of the buildings. Under the "Two-Man Rule," the doors were secured with two separate locks, of which no one person ever possessed both the keys. The little warehouse tug in the foreground was used to tow weapons and trailers around the WSA.
